College Tours

Exploring options on your child’s future education is very important.

At Koonung Secondary College, we warmly invite prospective students and parents/carers to view our College in action.  There will be an opportunity to speak to school leaders, teaching staff and students as you experience the vibrant community at Koonung in our daily setting. 

Our College Tours are conducted throughout the year on various Tuesday and Friday mornings from 9.15am to 10.30am for prospective students transitioning from primary school. 
Please arrive a few minutes prior to the beginning of the tour to check in at the Administration Office (A Block, adjacent to the hockey field). 


PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE HAVING A BREAK FROM TOURS. ADDITIONAL TOURS WILL BE AVAILABLE LATER IN THE YEAR (TERM 4) AND THE BOOKING LINK FOR THESE TOURS WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE END OF TERM 3. 

 

In 2022 Koonung was selected by the Department of Education International Division as one of five schools to be involved in the making of short films to showcase Koonung.  We had a film crew spending a day in the 'Life of Koonung' and a short film was produced as part of the showcase, showcasing our school. The introduction is by a past Principal, Marianne Lee.
